The Koenigsegg One:1 is the first road-legal production vehicle to achieve the ‘holy grail’ in motoring – a perfect power-to-weight ratio of 1:1. With 1360hp to balance its 1360kg curb weight, the Koenigsegg One:1 has been breaking records around the world in 2015, including record laps at Suzuka, Spa-Francorchamps, and a 0-300-0kmh time of just 17.95 seconds.
Christian von Koenigsegg, founder and CEO of Koenigsegg Automotive:
“Classic Car Week in Monterey is the highlight of the classic and enthusiast motorist’s calendar in the United States and it is a pleasure for Koenigsegg to be part of such a prestigious week. To be able to present the One:1 at Monterey is extremely satisfying, a great chance to introduce Koenigsegg’s pinnacle performance car to the American market.”
The Koenigsegg One:1 was made in an edition of just six customer cars. The car being presented at Monterey this week is the last of those six customer cars and will be delivered to its American owner in the near future.
