Overview
The iconic Koenigsegg One:1 was the first homologated production car in the world a power-to-weight ratio of 1:1 - the 'dream' ratio previously thought impossible in a road-legal sports car. Hence the name One:1.
And with one megawatt of power, it was also the world's first production megacar.
The One:1's unprecedented specifications raised performance expectations to new heights. It featured innovative solutions that enhanced track performance and top speed while never straying from everyday usability and stunning looks.

Inside: At
the heart
of the One:1
Christian von Koenigsegg explains how his team has developed the new Koenigsegg One:1 5.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine which produces 1,360 hp and 1,371 Nm (1,011 lb-ft) of torque at 6000 rpm. The total weight of the engine is only 197 kg (434 lb) thanks to a carbon fiber intake manifold and aluminum construction. The transmission is a 7-speed dual-clutch with paddle shifters.
